I think I'm like most people where the thought of buying a car is anxiety producing due to worrying abo Jenn was very helpful and great to work with! So even though we have a former neighbor who worked for a competing Toyota dealership, we decided to take the drive out to Wilsonville. I had searched thoroughly online and was able to compare Wilsonville posted online prices with another dealer who also posted prices on line and Wilsonville beat them by quite a bit! Mike was wonderful to work with during the process and we were done in a little over 2 hours! Thank you!! More

Good Customer Service I had some concerns when I was trying to rotate my tires at home. Don had me bring the car in and had it looked at then he had the tires rotated for f I had some concerns when I was trying to rotate my tires at home. I've always had a good experience with Wilsonville Toyota when the service was covered under Toyota Care, but now that my Toyota Care coverage is over, I definitely would consider returning for additional paid service. My second experience with Wilsonville Toyota Joey was excellent and I recommend the dealership. However, there was too much waiting around and too many suggestions that we were just about finishe Joey was excellent and I recommend the dealership. However, there was too much waiting around and too many suggestions that we were just about finished when we were not. I'll put up with that if I can trust the dealership, however. Joey was very personable, genuine and more knowledgable about cars than most, having been a mechanic. He was able to help me think more clearly about which of the several cars I was considering would best suit me. What I wanted most from a dealership I got and what I wanted from a car salesman I got, namely a feeling of confidence that I had the information I needed to make a decision I would be happy with. If I return to Wilsonville Toyota, I will ask for him. I was surprised to discover, however, that the 5 day no-questions-asked, get-your-money-back return policy isn't quite what it seems. First, you are allowed just 125 miles which I would use up just driving home. Second, you don't get all your money back as there is a $250 restocking fee. Thinking about it, I can understand the need for restrictions of this sort and a no-questions-asked return policy of any sort is remarkable in a car dealership. However, it probably should be advertised as a 125 mile, 5 day, no-questions-asked return policy and saying "get your money back" implies you will get it all back. I don't question the need for these restrictions in car sales but but the five-day return policy is one powerful reason for feeling you can trust a dealership. A 125-mile return policy, on the other hand, isn't so useful for some of us. More

Outstanding Service!!!!!! I did my research and picked out the car that I wanted and went to my local dealer.............Then the runaround started. I'm not into wasting my tim I did my research and picked out the car that I wanted and went to my local dealer.............Then the runaround started. I'm not into wasting my time and quickly walked away. Then I remembered the Wilsonville Toyota's NO BULL ad, skeptical as I am I called anyway and Steven Bailey answered all my questions with no pressure. As if that was not good enough he worked all the figures upfront in writing (E-Mail) and did all the paper work over the Net. The greatest part is when he delivered it to my door came in my house on my time and thoroughly walked me thru all the paper work and the walk-thru on my new Prius V. I never had to step into the showroom and spend hours negotiating or the back and forth with the finance manager. I will be leasing another car for business soon and Steven Bailey is my 1st choice. More
