Sean Day was patient to spend half a day showing us around the lot trying to find a used Camry to replace mine. Not finding one to suit me, we looked at new ones. He never pressured me in any way. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from the dealership, where they pride themselves on a "no bull" car buying experience. Offering their best non-negotiable price on every car and paying their salespeople a flat commission per sale Wilsonville Toyota removes the hassle of negotiating a reasonable price, thereby better aligning the salesperson's goals with those of the buyer. Take Colin for example. He spent his entire day working with me as I prepared to buy my Tacoma. He took the time to understand my goals, both relating to a new vehicle and to my financial position. I believe we went on four test drives in total and for each of these he took the time to show me all the different loan and lease terms available, allowing me to make a truly informed decision. In the end, even though I came in looking at new trucks, he found the perfect one-year-old Toyota Certified Used option. It took us until after closing but I ended up with the right truck on the right terms. Service after the sale was also fantastic, as he tracked down the truck's former owner in Eastern Oregon and secured my second set of keys which the previous owner had misplaced. Five star service. I absolutely love Jason Thompson or as we call him Jamaica Jake. In fact, he was so wonderful that I have no problem buying all of my cars from him in the future. The only remotely negative thing I can say has nothing to do with the purchase or execution of the sale, but rather when I took the car for the required Free maintenance. I love that this is supplied for my new vehicle in 3 months I've gotten over 11112 miles on it, clearly I love the car. All was will with the maintenance check with the exception of the first time, the car wasn't vacuumed and the second time, the back window was still dirty (under the wing) after the car was washed. This in no way has discouraged me from ever returning. More

In first contact was by phone. I felt totally at ease with no pressure. Made an appointment to come in and was escorted through the line up of vehicles I had interest in. I test drove two vehicles and was assured upon my return in the afternoon my chosen vehicle would be ready. My new Scion was ready. Loaded with the accessories I had chosen my car was ready on time. I have had a couple of issues with an accessory outsourced to another business and Wilsonville totally supported me and had the work completed to my satisfaction. My experience with the service department has been fantastic. It is easy to schedule appointments. The work is done on time and is done properly. I have owned three other Toyotas purchased at other area Toyota dealerships. The vehicles have been great but the service has not rivaled that at Wilsonville. I pop in to Wilsonville at least once a month to say hello and am always remembered and treated as if I own the place. More
