Great Experiance After going to 5 dealerships in one day me and my wife were ready to call it quits for the weekend. However we decided to make the drive up to Wilsonville to look at a few more cars. Right off the bat we were more comfortable at Wilsonville Toyota then any of the other dealership we visited. My wife had no idea what she wanted in a car or what she was looking for. We worked with Jay Serhan giving him little more then price, what colors my wife didnt want, and what type of car she didnt want. In less then 30 minutes he had her test driving the car we ended up buying. He listened to what she was looking for / not looking for, he didnt push on the price, and his knowledge of the current inventory got us in to a car we both loved in no time at all. They worked the numbers to make the car affordable and gave us tons of payment we didnt even consider which made the transaction work. Jay was fantastic and my wife is beyond happy! Thank You. More

This 2013 Toyota Sienna is a fine vehicle sold at a fair price, and Mark was excellent in helping us obtain the options we wanted. Rob Corder in service was also great to work with for scheduling the appointment for the additional options and dropping off the car. We were provided with a good, clean Sienna loaner to use while they install an overhead DVD system. In all, Wilsonville Toyota's solid reputation is well-deserved. More

I worked in the Parts Departments for multiple Toyota Dealerships from 1984-2001....And needless to say, our family is definately a Toyota Family WOW! I worked in the Parts Departments for multiple Toyota Dealerships from 1984-2001....And needless to say, our family is definately a Toyota Family! We not only currently own three(3) Toyotas, but have purchased and owned many others. That being said, I have never had such a phenominal, helpful, considerate, attentative, positive, and fun buying experience.....as we did with Rochelle and Wilsonville Toyota! We had been looking into purchasing a Toyota Highlander, Tundra, or Venza....and ended up leaving that day with a beautiful brand new Toyota RAV4(a model I had never even considered). It is absolutley perfect for our family....It is economical, fun to drive, and a wonderful vehicle for me after graduating from my mommy minivan(which was a 2006 Toyota Sienna)....Don't get me wrong, it was a wonderful vehicle for the last seven years of shuttling teenagers and labradors around from activity to activity....But they are now grown, and off to College, therefore it was time. The next day, we noticed that a back speaker was blown. Since the car was so new to us, I called Don Waters at the service department. Don helped me come out with a mutually beneficial answer to my problem. He truly went above and beyond what was required of him. He put the customer first by understanding my needs and empathizing with me. His creativity resulted in a solution that benefited both my self and his service department. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Wilsonville Toyota and, in particular, Don Waters. I wish I could say that all dealerships have treated me this way but they truly have not. I like you get to be with the same person the whole time. The price on the vehicle is the price. So if you want to try to get a better price go somewhere else. There is no hassle. You are given a price on your trade in they tell you why. Not this haggling so you can get more. They gave us a fair price on our trade in. A little over a year ago we bought a car from Rochelle she was great. We went back when we were ready to get our pick up. And bought from her again! Love bot my Toyotas I wont buy anything else or from anywhere else again! Both vehicles where washed and the fueled tanks full. That doesn't happen anywhere else anymore! We weren't pressured. It was super fast. Easy to work with! Super friendly people! Rochelle is AWESOME! WE talked to a guy named Chris over the phone this time. Asked if we would like Rochelle again, Made an appointment to bring in our trade and look at a Tacoma. Smooth! They do free oil changes for up to 25,000 miles. They have a great waiting room or you can have them take you somewhere! Always friendly always clean when I take my car. More
