Easiest I ever bought a car especially from a dealer. We took it for a trail spin and I really felt comfortable in it and driving it. Next onto the process of actually buying it. We had several cars chosen to look at from various dealers. Our first stop was Wilsonville Toyota. I had every intention of reviewing the car we were interested in, then moving on to the next dealer. We wanted to make sure we bought exactly what we wanted; in price, mileage, and car type. I have a very strong personality therefore do not like "The Sale" in buying cars. I was fully prepared to "lay it out" for my salesman. Not only did I not have to "lay it out" I didn't go to any of the other dealerships. As I stated: Elliott is AMAZING! No bull.....so true, no hassle....absolutely none and Elliott was so warm, professional, comfortable and knowledgeable we BOUGHT the first and only car we were interested in at Wilsonville. The BEST car, the BEST price and Elliott got us great financing! I met and interacted with a few other staff members during my visit; Annie- Sales, Josh Von Ruden-Manager, Michael Lissman- Sales and Luke Hintz- Service. They were great and lots of fun, it was New Years Eve, I almost wanted to stay and bring in the NY with them!!! Fabulous Service Beyond the Call of Duty Yesterday my wife saw the end of year ads for Wilsonville Toyota where we take our 2006 Prius for service. She hurried us over there about supper time Yesterday my wife saw the end of year ads for Wilsonville Toyota where we take our 2006 Prius for service. She hurried us over there about supper time - it was already dark and very cold. After walking the dog, I met my wife and Steven outside in the large sales lot. My wife was interested in mainly buying a 2014 Cambry but they were all gone. So Steven showed us a couple of 2015 Cambry and an Avalon. We went back inside and my wife with Steven's help decided on the silver Cambry LE that I believe I had sat in. Steven was very patient and showed us the main differences between lease and purchase. We decided to lease. Steven and the manager stayed extra late to help finish the leasing and go over the special points in the new Cambry. We even did a short test drive around the lot so we could get the feel of the vehicle. We finally finished about 10:00 PM after Steven went over again the main features of the car so my wife would feel comfortable driving it home. Super service from the staff from the employee that cleaned the vehicle, Steven, and the manager. It was a very pleasureable experience. No bull! More
