I was nervous about buying a car that I hadn't seen before but when I got to the dealership they had ordered in a special truck and it was exactly what I wanted and their no haggle pricing beat all other prices for the 2014 Tundra, which made the sales process very easy. I came to Wilsonville Toyota to look at used Corolla that was listed on their website. After checking out the Corolla with Greg, I felt it was too small and didn't meet my needs. It was not yet on the website or on the sales floor, and quoted me a good price on. I took 24 hours to think about it. When I check the website the next day the price had gone up. I called Greg back and he said they would honor the price they quoted me, no problem. When I got to the dealership Greg was occupied and ask Ronnie to handle the purchase for me. Ronnie was fantastic. He explained the Toyota certification process, he explained optional warranties and accessories and really went above and beyond in his service. You make sure the car was cleaned, detailed and licenses and tags were taken care of for me to pick up the car. I would gladly give him a higher score for service if I could. He simply went above and beyond not just to get things done, but also to keep me informed of progress. I would highly recommend either of these individuals. I spent more time with Ronnie on this deal. His service was top-notch and second to none. One last thing all I had about Wilsonville Toyota in general is when they say they do not negotiate price, they're not kidding. There is no negotiating the price. It is what it is. That takes some getting used to when dealing a car dealership. But after looking around, the price I paid was the best price I could find on the car I was looking for. More
