Offered honest assessments that included the good and bad. Post-purchase, have received regular check-ins on how we are doing with new vehicle. "No bull" was pretty accurate. Most other cars on market with same features, year, make, model were about $2-$3k higher list price (approximate negotiable amount). Probably could have still negotiated a tire allowance and probably should have in retrospect. This was my only disappointment with car, but that was my own fault. Great experience and looking forward to using the service center going forward. Will definitely buy another car there some day. More

During the holidays I had my 2010 Prius serviced which I purchased from this location last year. Even with the heavy flow of traffic, the service department provided an example of amazing service, and war purchased from this location last year. Even with the heavy flow of traffic, the service department provided an example of amazing service, and warm welcome. Micheal Heatherly, who sold me my car, saw me getting a service and welcome me back. It was nice to talk to him after the past year, and he went over options for my son, who will be getting his own car early next year. Eventhough I was told it would take a few hours, my car was ready in under a hour. Service like this is hard to find, but nice to share with friends and family.
