We had to wait almost a week to get the car as it had not had a safety inspection, and a few things had to be done with it. But we appreciated the fact that the dealership refused to let us have the car until it was up to standard. We understand Jay is new, but seems to be very comfortable in his job. Great job of showing us options without pressure and he was easy to get along with. More

As it turns out they had an incorrect discount applied to the car on the website, but because it was their mistake they ended up honoring the internet price. Amazing service by all involved. We are a repeat customer and our prior purchase was a 2011 Highlander. We had a great experience then and so we came back again for a new vehicle. We were warmly greeted by sales representative Elliott Franzen. We wanted to look at a 2014 highlander deep red in color. None was on the lot for viewing, but Elliott took our name and phone number. As promised he gave us a call when one came in even though it wasn't the red color we wanted. Elliott was off when we got to the lot so Roy Davy showed us the Highlander limited. That gave us an ideal what we wanted in a new Highlander. Elliott found us what we wanted in a new Highlander from the portland area. Elliott was very friendly and professional throughout the whole transaction. We received a fair price for our trade in from willsonville Toyota. A few days later we came back to see Elliott for another purchase. This time I upgraded from my 2008 Tacoma to a new 2014 Tacoma. The process was fast, friendly, and professional. This was my first car purchase; I was looking for a great price and a hassle free dealership. I started by exchanging emails with Savannah about the Scion XD I had been looking at online. She was great about getting back to me within the same day. Once at the dealership Boyce introduced my boyfriend and I to Wesley, who would be handling my visit from START TO FINISH. First he showed us around the show room and explained how they work over at Wilsonville Toyota. He was very friendly and personable. Then took us out to the car, explained all the features and we took her on a test drive. I loved how it drove and the interior was just what I was looking for. We then started the paperwork process back at the dealership. He was very thorough when explaining all the warranties and extras that you can purchase with a "new" car. I felt like this was the perfect car and place to purchase from. My visit was the best I have experience at any dealership I have been to in my process of searching for the right new-used car. I also missed a signature in my paperwork and Wesley met me on my side of town for the signature, I call that great customer service. I also and in the customer service industry and I really appreciated how they treated me at Wilsonville Toyota-Scion. She was courteous and did not pressure me to buy in any way. I loved the fact that I was able to leave the car at the dealership until the snow was gone before I took it home when it was safe. I had Jenn do my delivery since Rochelle was off site that day, and she is very well trained on the ins and outs of my new Camry also. I will definitely recommend Wilsonville Toyota to others. More
