We had a seen a post for a Rav4 online, went to check it out. When we arrived someone was there to help us right away, there were other people that had stopped to check out the same car, they just beat us! We said we were willing to look at any others in our price range, so we did. We weren't forced into by the salesman trying to sell us anything and everything in the lot. It was our idea. We felt comfortable here already. Nothing striked us, and by the time we were back, it was our turn to check out the car. I took it for a test drive. I felt so comfortable, the car drove so nice, everything felt so much better than all the other dealerships we went to. I was the one who said I noticed that the car drove excellent, especially compared to others i had driven. I wasn't asked "so, uh, notice anything wrong with it? No? Yea it's a great car, nothing wrong with it!" That is just so annoying, don't tell me how I should feel about the car! At WT, I got to make the decision for myself that the car was right for me. We went ahead and bought the car, took care of everything right then and there,with one person drove home happy. Not to mention we had our one year old with us the whole time :). We had rented a rav4 for a roadtrip to montana, a 2012, we loved it and got very familiar with how it drove and handled. This 2007 rav4 felt almost the same to the rental, which had only 7k on it, and we had driven many that were also 2007 or newer, and handled much stiffer and less smooth. This car was a diamond in the rough! I also had my mechanic check it out after we bought it, with the 5 day buy back guarantee, it was nice to have this option. He said the car was immaculate! We are content with our purchase. More

Rocco was very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible to work with our family. We really appreciated the fact the he stayed late to show us the car and answer our questions. I rated Wilsonville Toyota high based on Fair pricing, no-pressure approach and Rocco's fantastic personality: We went in ready for the used car sales experience; guns a-blazing. I have had terrible experiences in the past (looked for a car on 82nd and LIVED!) and there is no one that I trust less than a used car salesman. We had done our research on the truck we wanted and were ready to leave it there if our demands were not met. Then we were introduced to Rocco, who did not act like a used car salesman (he more accurately refers to himself as an "advocate.") He seemed...human...and was instead respectful and personable and did not try to sell us the truck at all, he just sat back and answered all of our questions. He was a clever one...Transparency? No pressure? We were perplexed. They had underbid the Kelly Blue Book price by $4,000. Uhmm...were we supposed to haggle and play games? It felt wrong not to. But we didn't. It was nice. We felt that the price was fair. We drove away totally happy. We got dinner and took the dog for a ride. Rocco was with us from the moment we stepped on the lot, through the (well explained) paperwork until he walked us out and shook our hands and wished us well. It was weird, good weird. We would do it again next weekend if we weren't taking the dog out in his new truck... One thing though; Definitely negotiate enough gas to get you home. More
