Right from the beginning we knew we were at the right place because of the laid back environment. It made the whole buying experience very pleasant. I am most impressed with Mr. Sainato background with respect to car sales, I would say that I am the worst customer in the whole world to deal with, just because I am difficult and picky. During conversation with Mr. Sainato we discussed the big adventure, this is code for camping, vacationing and general sight seeing. He dialed in and understood just what we were looking for, our intent is to put an ARD tenting system on top of the ARE canopy. The system allow weights 165 lb., once my wife and I are in it, it with be nearly a total gross weight of 550 lb. he ensured us that the canopy would hold the weight and once the Thule bracket system is in place we will be good to go. This will truly be the big adventure. Oh yes, the reason why we gave the rating of 5 in all categories is because of Mr. Sainato outstanding honesty, integrity and strong moral principles, his apparent authority was obvious in representing the dealership.
