I have seen this dealer's "no-bull" sales pitch on TV for months. I HATE car shopping because of that same "bull". I absolutely HATE doing the "I have to talk to my manager" dance to the po pitch on TV for months. I HATE car shopping because of that same "bull". I absolutely HATE doing the "I have to talk to my manager" dance to the point I have walked away from more than one dealer. We walked away from two in this instance, but will not mention their names, although I'd like to! I will never understand why so many dealers feel that the consumer is so stupid and not onto this cheesy practice. So...my wife and I decide to see if the "no-bull" concept is just a way to draw in customers. Now that I have set the groundwork for how I feel about car dealers, here's what REALLY happened: We drove from Salem to the dealership and connected with Joey Ferranti. The first five minutes, I kinda had some attitude. But...that quickly changed. We di not fell pressured, he knew his stuff, took us on a pleasant test drive, and didn't play ANY head games. He NEVER even mentioned having to talk with his "manager" to keep us on the hook. No bogus deals or pressure that if we didn't buy today we would miss out on the great price, or any of that nonsense. I liked their "lowest price listing" concept, although not too sure at first...but ended up being way better for us compared to other dealers. In addition to feeling absolutely NO pressure from Joey, we didn't have to deal with ANYONE else through the entire process, (except the guy who detailed the car for us before we left). Joey took care of the deal, the financing, the contract, the DMV, everything! We spent about 3 hours, from pulling into the lot to pulling out with a new car (Corolla S). We already knew what we wanted, thanks to two other Toyota dealers, and ended up buying from Wilsonville because they didn't treat us like idiots. Also didn't feel like we were being attacked by a bunch of buzzards before we could even get out of our car! I still don't really enjoy car shopping, but this was the best experience I could have asked for while buying a car. Without a doubt, I will buy my next car, new or used, from these guys. This is the 4th Toyota I have purchased from Sam at Wilsonville Toyota. I will not go to another dealership. I am a person that despises sitting in a car dealership; in fact, I would rather go through Wilsonville Toyota. I will not go to another dealership. I am a person that despises sitting in a car dealership; in fact, I would rather go through a root canal with no anesthetic than to sit and wait for the normal process. Sam had me out of there within 40 minutes and this included explaining every function of the car AND insisting that their detail crew come back and wipe down some spots he had noticed on the windshield. In the days leading up to buying a car, I usually do a price comparison online and find the market price. I have found that Wilsonville Toyota's "No Bull Price" is not just a slogan, their prices are better than any of the other Toyota dealerships in the Portland/SW Washington. Sure, I could go to another dealership and try my best to hammer a lower price, but who has time to sit through 2-3 hours and several levels of salesmen only to find out that I should have just gone to Wilsonville Toyota. I am not a review guy, but when you have had several great experiences like I've had at this dealership, one feels compelled to share this with whomever reads these things. Don't take my word for it, if you are shopping for a Toyota go visit Wilsonville Toyota and ask for Sam. More

The moment I arrived, I was greeted by James Park who was just coming on duty (I was a little early <0930>). From that moment on, my experience was nothing short of amazing. He told me that he would be the only one I would be dealing with and if I had ANY questions to feel free to ask. There truly are not words adequate to describe how much I was/am impressed by this young man. I believe he would be an asset to any company he chose to work for in any capacity. Through the buying process, I also had the privilege to meet yet another great employee of this dealership, Josh Von Ruden, Sales Manager. Again, very professional, very people oriented and VERY knowledgeable. These two gentlemen made my buying experience most enjoyable. I would not be truly honest if I failed to mention one challenge that I had with another less professional male, but in the grand scheme of things he is as insignificant as the subject I attempted to share with and educate him about. While I am sure there are more wonderful sales associates at this dealership, the fact is, that anyone who decides to purchase a vehicle at this dealership......you will be MOST satisfied if you deal with James or Josh.
