I always have dreaded looking for and buying cars. We knew we wanted to look at Toyota trucks and decided to go to Wilsonville Toyota since they advertise "No Bull". I loved Neil's style and how responsive and patient he was to our concerns and needs. I also noticed that this is the only dealership I walked into that had lots of customers and busy sales reps. It was obvious to me that everyone that comes to this dealership passes this information on to others and returns to purchase other vehicles. Don Pendleton was recommended by a friend who just the week before purchased a Venza. I had done my homework prior to traveling to Wilsonville Toyota, so pretty much knew what I wanted. I made an appointment with Don to drive a Camry XLE V6. Don had two cars waiting for me to test drive. One was a 4 cyl and the other a V6. The test drive route was well thought out, not a lot of traffic and the opportunity to really get a feel for the car. I was impressed with Don's knowledge of the 2012 Camry's. Wilsonville Toyota didn't have the exact model, color, or interior color I wanted, but Don checked their inventory and found one for me. I was impressed with Don's efficiency! He had the car I wanted there in Wilsonville the next day. I like being told right up front what I could expect to pay.....no wheeling and dealing, just straight talk. No manager to talk to, no Closer to talk to. Don handled every thing from my test drive, through the paper work, the delivery of my car....and my final test drive before taking home my new baby! He listen to what I wanted in the vehicle and showed me only vehicles that meet my needs. I was impressed that he even helped me with Craiglist to sell my old vehicle.
