I Was looking to purchase a new vehicle, so on the recommendation of a friend I visited Wilsonville Toyota. I had High expectations after reading reviews and doing some of my own research and to somewhat my surprise they did not disappoint, From the moment I walked toward the showroom I was greeted by a very friendly, non-aggressive salesman named Andrew. Immediately I felt comfortable as he showed me around, and really got an idea of what I wanted, I Knew exactly what I wanted,(2013 Prius) and I knew exactly what I could afford. Once we had established what I wanted we sat down to begin the deal, which went incredibly smoothly, the price I had seen on the car was exactly what was offered to me which happened to be the lowest price for that car I found, there were no surprises, no "extra unexplainable" fees just a straight forward deal. I was only there for a few hours and when it was all down I left with my new car, and a full tank of gas, feeling like I came out on top. My experience could not have gone better. There was no haggling or the typical back and forth between your sales person, the closer, the desk guy, and then the finance person. I called my local Toyota dealer W Uneducated and unprofessional service team! Got a letter from Corporate Toyota my 2010 Prius Brake Booster recall. I called my local Toyota dealer Wilsonville Toyota and they scheduled the service for me. The car would need to be with them for a day, and they said no loner car is available. I come on the scheduled day for this service to be done, and they tell me “we are so sorry but we do not have the parts for this recall, we will call you when we will have it.” I wasted my time and gas. A week and a half go by, I hear nothing! I call them 2 weeks later. At that point I am told sure bring the car and we will inspect it first. I told them that I already came before and you guys sent me back because you had no parts, so I asked why the story changed, and the response was “well I am doing my job right, but the other guy that sent you back does not know what he is doing”. After 5 minute of back and forth finger pointing, I told them that I will take my business somewhere else, and the shocking thing is the service representative at this Wilsonville Toyota dealership says “Go ahead, please do take your business somewhere else” I called Broadway Toyota in Portland OR and in 2 minutes, I had an appointment made for the service and they have the parts in stock, and they have a loaner car. I visited Wilsonville Toyota in early July to purchase a used 2011 Sequoia I found in their web ad. The vehicle had just came in and was still on the service rack being serviced. There were a lot of issues with the vehicle that were persuading me to not purchase it. I asked for the issues to be fixed before I would agree to the purchase. After the issues were corrected, I was still not happy and felt that this vehicle was trying to be pushed out the door. Boyce Maclaurie and Jeff Parker stepped in and took over with the repairs. In a matter of 5 business days, everything was fixed to "like new" condition. These two managers went above and beyond to make sure customer service and satisfaction were the top priority. I was given a great used vehicle for my family to use while the repairs were being done. The Sequoia was sent to top notch companies that specialize in the specific repairs to insure the repairs were done correctly. They repaired damage that was no fault of theirs at a great price and with expert quality. In the end, the management team made me feel important. Their customer service negated any doubt I had about the dealership as a whole. I would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to anyone and I will visit them again when I'm ready to trade my Sequoia for another vehicle. More
