Rocco was very knowledgeable, friendly and flexible to work with our family. We really appreciated the fact the he stayed late to show us the car and answer our questions. I rated Wilsonville Toyota high based on Fair pricing, no-pressure approach and Rocco's fantastic personality: We went in ready for the used car sales experience; guns a-blazing. I have had terrible experiences in the past (looked for a car on 82nd and LIVED!) and there is no one that I trust less than a used car salesman. We had done our research on the truck we wanted and were ready to leave it there if our demands were not met. Then we were introduced to Rocco, who did not act like a used car salesman (he more accurately refers to himself as an "advocate.") He seemed...human...and was instead respectful and personable and did not try to sell us the truck at all, he just sat back and answered all of our questions. He was a clever one...Transparency? No pressure? We were perplexed. They had underbid the Kelly Blue Book price by $4,000. Uhmm...were we supposed to haggle and play games? It felt wrong not to. But we didn't. It was nice. We felt that the price was fair. We drove away totally happy. We got dinner and took the dog for a ride. Rocco was with us from the moment we stepped on the lot, through the (well explained) paperwork until he walked us out and shook our hands and wished us well. It was weird, good weird. We would do it again next weekend if we weren't taking the dog out in his new truck... One thing though; Definitely negotiate enough gas to get you home. More

Ronnie was so patient with us. He explained all details of transaction with clarity and "no bull" for sure. Don't waste your time going to other dealers for your Toyota.
