We apologize for not providing advance notice of the price increase for Lexus service. Yes, it is a convenience vs. price decision when choosing to do your Lexus service at a non-Lexus facility. While we can often get your service done quicker, it will cost more regardless of the Toyota dealer you choose, due to Lexus's parts pricing policies.

Gosh Michele, we're sorry this is still such an issue after so much time. As we mentioned in response to this review 5 months ago, we're sorry for your bad experience here. We acknowledge that we misplaced your cup holder insert during your airbag replacement. Everything has to be removed from the cabin to facilitate this repair and we simply missed putting it back into the console. We're happy that we could get the item back to you. Since you stated that the reason for re-posting this review is that we continued to advertise to you, we have rechecked to make sure your info has been removed from all marketing platforms that we control. As noted in our private response, the manufacturer will continue to market to you until you tell them to stop. That's as simple as using the "unsubscribe" link in their communications.

Interesting response, Wilsonville. I never suggested that someone stole my cup insert in this review. At any rate, your mistake cost me hours of time, and on top of previous bad service, it was the last straw for me. Thanks also for the snarky tone of your response. I understand how unsubscribing works--I actually work in marketing and create campaigns every day. Will that work for the phone calls and snail mail also? Every time I get another marketing call, I ask to be removed. Bottom line: Your database management issues are not my problem to solve.
