Inflated oil change prices in new year Greatly disappointed Today I brought my Lexus 2015 IS 350 in for an oil change. For the last year I have enjoyed bringing my vehicle in for this s Greatly disappointed Today I brought my Lexus 2015 IS 350 in for an oil change. For the last year I have enjoyed bringing my vehicle in for this service because of the convince to my home and great prices, which would run about $69. When dropping of my vehicle today they quoted me a price of $129, a jacked-up price because my vehicle was a Lexus apparently. Same oil, same filter, but now the price was doubled. They simple said this a “management decision”. I am greatly disappointed, and as I called other Toyota dealerships the the price was still the same as I would have expected, not $129. Sadly, you have lost my business moving forward as a cost of $129 for an oil change (even synthetic) is absolutely robbery. Sincerely, from a lost customer More

I still get frequent calls and emails from them, although I've made it VERY clear I'll never return. So here you go. I'm usually happy to give anyone a second chance. So I recently returned to Wilsonville Toyota service after an absence of 4 years, because I had an airbag recall. I stopped going to them four years ago because, during a routine maintenance, they neglected to put the plug back in my engine after an oil change. My Landcruiser had to be towed back to them. At the time the service manager didn't do anything except assure us that there would be no long term damage. (There was.) But the air bag recall was something I figured would be easy--and it's been 4 years. Maybe they've improved, I thought. However, when I picked up my car, they had somehow lost the cup insert in the front console. It's a part that they don't make any longer. After MANY messages the new service manager he finally returned my call. I returned to have the entire unit replaced (at their cost). After a 20 minute wait, the service person had GREAT news for me! They FOUND the insert! Why did I wait 20 minutes for this GREAT news? Why did they not tell me this as soon as I checked in? Why did I return? All valid questions. They offered me 20% off my next service with them as compensation. I will not be returning. EVER. I notice the manager's name is no longer listed on the checklist below, so that's something. More

Awesome service!! I worked with Tavish on some service my car needed. It started off as a fairly normal appointment, just an oil change, but evolved into more work mean I worked with Tavish on some service my car needed. It started off as a fairly normal appointment, just an oil change, but evolved into more work meaning my car would need to stay for a few days. Unfortunately I only have one car, so I was worried about how I would get around. Tavish miraculously found me a loaner car which practically saved my week. I am so thankful that the folks at Wilsonville Toyota were able to help me out and keep my life on track while my car was being worked on! More

After dropping the truck, my wife and I inquired about a 2017 RAV4 as we are searching for a new vehicle for my wife and Matt helped us answer all of our questions. We decided to do a test drive a few weeks later. When we came down on a Sunday (place was packed), Matt was finishing up w/ a customer and had a coworker help us with the test drive and we were very pleased w/ the vehicle. Unfortunately we weren't ready to purchase a new vehicle at that time but appreciated Matt's time to stay in touch and ensured we got to test drive a vehicle we were interested in. He was very nice during this whole process. If we decide on another for our next vehicle, we will definitiely be back and will be contacting Matt again. More
