I have purchased Toyota's from just about every Portland dealership over the years. This last time, I was shopping for a BZ4X. No one was able to come close to the deal I got with Wilsonville Toyota. They were up front about pricing, and they were not pushy about closing a deal. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Our sales person, Alanna, was very helpful and friendly. I was comparing deals at several dealerships and there wasn't a single time she pressured us to come in or to close a deal (unlock other dealers). After signing and moving forward with the paperwork, there was a misunderstanding with the registration fees for EV's versus a gas vehicle. Brian worked with us and honored the quoted price, even though the fees should have been more. This has been the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. We liked Alanna so much that we came back a week later and purchased a Rav4 Prime as well. That process was just as smooth as the first time, and I really credit Alanna for making us want to come back to this dealership again and again. I can't see myself buying from any other dealership other than Wilsonville Toyota in the future. This is how car buying should be. More

Sean Day was great, he listened to what my needs were and delivered a car that I love. He was kind and patient and kept me updated while I waited for the car I wanted to be delivered. Everyone treated me well, even when they had no reason to. The manager even remembered my name and greeted me as I walked in the door on my second visit. Another person remembered me working with Sean and took me in to find him. Very courteous and kind crew. And there was a definite lack of hard sell, which I appreciated. I expected from the advertising of "no bull" and dealing with only one person that it would be quicker, but it really was not. It took just as long as anywhere else. Other than that it was a pretty good car buying experience. More

He really is here to help make a bad situation a whole lot better. I came in looking at a used Highlander, but it had high miles and the team felt it wasn't the best deal for us. I didn't think we could get a brand new one, but Austin made it happen. It was the color I wanted and everything! He was very courteous and EXTREMELY patient, we had our 8 and 2 year old with us. This was probably the best experience I've had at a car dealership. 10/10 recommend him and Wilsonville Toyota. You won't find a better experience anywhere. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future. Thank you for your time and patience and making some magic happen to get me into my dream car. More

Nothing but grief! Took 3 tries to get passenger door panel fixed! Failed to get DEQ certicate while at there store. Had to chase around to get it DEQ approval. WORST w Took 3 tries to get passenger door panel fixed! Failed to get DEQ certicate while at there store. Had to chase around to get it DEQ approval. WORST was their agreement to return a rental car on date required. Let rental car set there for 15 days and ran up an unnecessary $1,185.39 bill because they did not return rental car as promised. Attemts to resolve situation was will call you back. No calls as promised. Off to the races, they do not deserve such high accolades as seen in other reviews. Unhappy Jack! More

"No Bull" is true. I had a great experience. They were able to get the Tacoma I wanted in a couple days where other dealerships told me I'd have to wait weeks to months I had a great experience.
