Dissapointed after 5-6 Years of Good Experiences After 5-6 years of 4 or 5 star service, I am disappointed to report that my latest experience with the service center was less than optimal. I only r After 5-6 years of 4 or 5 star service, I am disappointed to report that my latest experience with the service center was less than optimal. I only realized this after comparing the list of current recommended service (which I declined) with invoices of past service. I brought in my 2009 Toyota Tacoma with 75,000 miles for regular service and an issue with the brakes. My experience was good while I was there for the service and the issue with the squealing brakes while backing of the driveway each morning was finally resolved after having it looked at during regular service for the past year. While I was in, Keith Siegfried, the service advisor advised me that the spark plugs had never been replaced. This did not sound right and I confirmed after I went home that they in fact had been replaced at 30,000 and 62,000 miles. So, it concerns me that Keith is recommending spark plugs at this time. Another recommendation was replacement of the air and cabinet filters. I am not sure how often this is recommended, but both of these were changed at 62,000 miles. Keith also recommended fuel injection and throttle body service. These were completed at 70,000 miles. At 62,000 miles, the front brake pads were replaced and the rotors resurfaced. As part of the recent brake service, the front rotors were resurfaced again. Is this normal after 13,000 miles? I am hopeful my recent experience and the associated recommendations especially the spark plugs and fuel injection and throttle body service was an isolated incident. But, I also have a questions in the back of my mind about what other services have been recommended and done in the past either were not necessary or not completed at all. My gut tells me it's more of an isolated incident, but I plan to call for a consultation with the service manager in the near future before any additional service is performed. More

There was plenty of help and people looking for those of us lost to help. I got proper directions around the dealership. When it was found that I had a rear wheel issue it was fixed (thank goodness for extended warranties!) and done the same day. I was given a loaner car while they performed the work. Despite my hectic schedule for that day, in the end it turned out okay when I arrived back for my vehicle to find anything got done as promised. I also enjoyed my test drive of the FR-S! More

I made Don aware of my situation with an employee not being fully aware of how to handle a "price match" situation and he followed through with helping the employee better understand the procedure and with me getting the appropriate pricing on my service visit. Don met with me when I picked up my vehicle and we had a chance to visit and "laugh" about it. He is quite a presence in the service department, long time employee, and a valuable resource for the company. Thank you again Don!!! More

Wonderful assistance with my new Toyota Prius C Allie kindly and happily helped me change the clock on my brand new Prius (which was not at all obvious) and some other issues. She of course knew that she would have no "compensation", but she enthusiastically and happily helped me with changing my clock (whew - not obvious). She also helped me with the car's cruise control, again expecting nothing in return. Jay (I purchased the car from him) came by and gave me a hug. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. There is absolutely no pressure. The choices are excellent. And...I just filled my Prius C Hybrid tank (it was showing about 3/8 full) and it cost (this is absolutely true...) $14.93. I am not kidding. You could have scraped me off the pavement at the gas station when I saw that bill. Holy smokes! Best wishes to you all at Wilsonville Toyota.
