I had been without a vehicle for five months when I went to Winchester Mitsubishi. I have been working on my credit for some time and I was honestly kind of leery of getting vested in another finance contra to Winchester Mitsubishi. But Patrick Brinkmeier put me at ease. He took the time to make sure, he not only got the best deal available to me, but took the time to listen to my concerns and situation. I've never had such amazing one on one customer service. This process took quite a while on Saturday but he kept me informed of each step of the process and made me comfortable. I really felt taken care of. Then when it came time to sign on the bottom line, all my questions were answered and explained to where I could understand. Patrick really went above and beyond. Along with the financial staff, you could see the collaborative team effort in ensuring you, the customer, are getting your best deal. And today I know have a dependable vehicle, with a warranty, that is building my credit even more.
