Beware of this dealership! They will sign a contract with you for your trade-in, tell you they will transfer your tags etc.-and charge you for it like any other dealership does They will sign a contract with you for your trade-in, tell you they will transfer your tags etc.-and charge you for it like any other dealership does, except a month later when you call to ask why you haven’t received your transferred registration because your temporary tags have expired, they will demand you pay over $1,600 for “your taxes” before they will transfer your tags because of a “mixup in the paperwork”. (really meaning someone forgot to put in the correct transfer tax or fees according to your State) When you call to speak with the “sales manager” Katie Johnson, about how they can make it right, she will refuse to admit fault and become extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional before hanging up on you. A very bad way to do business. And a very bad look for someone who is supposed to be in a position of leadership. Quality leadership requires integrity and accountability, not deflection and an overinflated ego. We won’t be doing business with them moving forward and have warned family and friends from doing so as well. I do believe this to be a violation of Virginia Code § 46.2-1530, ‘the signed Buyer's Order must specifically itemize every single tax and fee you are being charged. Once both parties sign that contract and the financing goes through, the price is legally locked. The dealership cannot unilaterally demand more money after the fact just because they forgot a line item.’ More

For 1 after about 2years of lifelong oil changes I was told they would not be honoring it anymore. Not sure how they can just cancel but I don’t trust them anyway which leads to my next issue. Took in for my last oil change and tire rotation and then picked up. Once home I started looking and they never rotated my tires. I plugged one a few months before so I knew where that tire was. Not to mention it was pretty obvious by the dirt on the rims being the fronts were so much dirtier. They did finally do it but did they even do the oil change? I was offered no explanation but the tech had to check off he had done it when in fact he hadn’t. If you go for service you better pay attention. I now go to Hagerstown who seem to be so much more trustworthy. More
