I'm so happy I found Winchester Mitsubishi! Within an hour of an online inquiry I was on the phone with Ethan who answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment. She made me feel at home and like I was talking to a friend. They listened to what I wanted in a car and navigated the obstacles I threw at them. Tiffany helped with getting my taxes filed and made sure she was able to get everything I was supposed to and had to sit through some pretty horrible hold music with a smile on her face. They also welcomed my little dog when I came directly from work, and he loved all ghe attention he got. I love my dog more than anything and seriously may have went somewhere else if he wasn't loved on. I give them all an 11 out of 10. More

Sam and the service department really helped me out! From replacing my oil fill cap to completely taking care of a crossmember and control arm recall on my outlander sport.
