I was moving from New Orleans to Michigan and got an oil change at a certified dealership before I left. By the time we got to Alabama all of the oil had drained out of the car. Roadside assistance towed me 45 miles in the wrong direction to the closest dealership which happened to be Windham. I was worried because I didn't know if we'd be able to prove that the issue was from the other dealership or how we could get everything sorted out. Windham was amazing. They diagnosed that the plug hadn't been secured after the oil change, they also took care of contacting the other dealership and wrote us a check (an amount to be billed to the other dealership) so that we could rent a car and get home. They took care of everything. After we got home they fixed everything that had been messed up in my car from the oil change (a new exhaust camshaft and actuators on the engine) and drove it up to us. David and his team were unbelievably friendly and patient throughout the whole process...you would have thought we were family based on their service!
