Was pleased that the service person (John) did the research that showed the problem was covered by warranty and made room in the schedule to have it checked out, though that was not what I scheduled on-line. They took care of the problem over the next few days and kept me informed all along the way. My only frustration was when I came by to check on the car or when I picked it up, if John was not there, no one else at the Service desk was able to get any information for me. More

Air Bag Replacement 5 1/2 mos. waiting, 11 28 get call air bag is in. I make appt. for Friday Morning 11/30. take car in promised 1 - 1/2 hr wait then told it would tak 5 1/2 mos. waiting, 11 28 get call air bag is in. Think I was lied to from the start. Then I get a call yesterday telling me that my air bag was in for replacement. I don't think the right hand knows what the left hand is doing at Windward Ford.
