The Works 55K mile service. 9/24/18 Got charged $13+ for new drain plug. They said it was stripped. They’ve been the only ones to change the oil since I bought it new there. Not my best experience . I had some work done here recently on a work vehicle. It seemed rather expensive and then I found out they charge $175 a man-hour. As a result they lost some clips and snaps meaning I had to come back for another trip to have them replace missing door clips. I did not get a apology or even a car wash out of it . More
