Took us in when we were in a pinch. We called John in the Service Dept. when we had a issue with our vehicle not being safe to drive. John told us to bring it in and made us a priority. He had our car that night and was ready for pickup in the morning. He called to tell us the issue and timeframe we were looking at. His customer service from start to finish is what every dealership should emulate. He has now earned our business for all of our vehicles. More

Tom's Escape Repair ABS Warning Light came on--called Honolulu Ford--my usual service location: but they said no, not for 3 days. I called Windward Ford--and after a quick check, they said they could look at it right then. As usual, the warning light went off on the way there, but they were still able to diagnose the problem, discovered 2 items that needed replacing--luckily under warranty--and ordered the parts: the parts came in very fast. very good customer focus and service.
