The showroom is getting a face-lift and being updated and there is now a lot of new staff who actually seem to want to be there. When you walk in the store now you can actually feel the difference in the air, people greet you with a smile, make you feel welcome and don't make you feel like just another customer. We now own two Fords, an Explorer and a Mach E and dont dread taking the car in for service now. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a car to give Windward Ford a chance. I am glad I did. More

This is my first truck purchase. With the evolving difficulties of getting a Truck that could fit in my small Garage the only option I had was to obtain a Ford Maverick. All other Trucks were, Too Wide, Too Long or Too Bulky. The other Models I have researched were from Nissan, Jeep, Honda, Dodge & Chevrolet. I wanted a truck that I can reach over into the bed without much difficulty. I wanted a truck that is easy to manage and maneuver, also the vehicle has to be fuel efficient, purchasing the Maverick is the best option. I was surprised that Mr. Pedro had reached out to me earlier in the year while doing my research on all the truck models on the island. He was the only one that called me, with an offer, unfortunately I wasn't ready. Fast forward to October 2024 when I was agreeing to my better half on getting a truck soon. I reached out to Mr. Pedro & he forwarded my query to Joshua, meeting him for the first time, the experience was comforting and supportive, I had my options set in my mind, Spray in bed liner, tow package, rear window, also in BLUE, knowingly with rising gas prices this had to be a HYBRID, those electric plug-in vehicles isn't a reliable option. What he had available was rewarding. He helped me to feel satisfied in my purchase. I'm not a person that wants to haggle about price, all because everyone has bills to pay, mouths to feed & nothing in this world is free. I called and scheduled a 10am appt for an oil change - first service of new car. I asked how long service for a simple oil change and the response was about 45min. The service clerk recommended I check in early if possible. I arrived at 0930 and checked in (Alaina was awesome - very friendly and helpful!) I left to walk around Kailua and returned at 1100. Car was still sitting in the parking lot. She said it was next ... then it would be 45 min. (What's the point of the 10 am appt?) Car finally done at 1230 ... 3 hours and $230 for a simple oil change and check up. That's about 30 min and $100 at Jiffy lube. Car wasn't cleaned out, didn't wash anything, tires weren't rotated ... I won't be coming back - the wasted time and overpriced service isn't worth it. More
