The customer service was excellent, however, the cost to have my vehicle looked at and diagnosed by a certified Ford dealership was way too much. I value my vehicle and want the best care, but they really are charging exorbitant prices for things that I could do myself as someone who knows nothing about cars. If you have cash to throw away I would suggest a dealership repair show, but if you want value and fair prices for your money find somewhere else. More

Repair person don’t return calls, called 4x. Only Will return calls “Will” service manager. I was out of my truck for 1.5 months. They don’t have any loner to use. When I bought the truck it say Only Will return calls “Will” service manager. I was out of my truck for 1.5 months. They don’t have any loner to use. When I bought the truck it says the there be a loner to be use or they would pay for a rental which they did not.. left with no transportation which I needed to work. Too much problem ordering new transmission! Will and receptionist was very nice. They should get cars or trucks as loners so we can still continue to work with or clients. More
Service department mis-identified cause of break in exhaust as having been cut in two. After insurance adjuster checked, the flexible exhaust pipe had rusted in two. Bumper-to-bumper warranty did not exhaust as having been cut in two. After insurance adjuster checked, the flexible exhaust pipe had rusted in two.
