Although scheduled for only a regular service visit, the gentleman assisting me mentioned that there were 2 recall items that hadn't been addressed. He suggested that I allow them to take care or both today. This was the first time anyone had mentioned the recall to me. When he offered to have it done immediately, I was blown away. Usually there is never time to add anything to a service appointment so I was really happy that it would be addressed at this visit. After the service, the gentleman explained all the service that had taken place and went over the recall items as well. Before leaving I wanted to thank the gentleman but he was busy. When I asked the cashier to thank him for me and commented that his service was exceptional, she informed me that he was the manager and was only filling in for the day. That explained it all. His dedications to customer service was evident by the way he treated me that morning. I don't remember his name but will always remember his style. Service was on Saturday Aug. 25th 9:30.
