Took a brand new Sonata back to get a protective wrap on over paint, a mechanic ended up cutting some wires causing a check engine light. After several talks, service advisor and manger both said"It's not the first time we've heard about this problem before with this guy." And they are all still working there. Avoid the service department. They come off as nice, but cause damage and then charge you to fix it. Scam artists. More

When I got there the salesman was very nice and we began signing the paperwork and at the very end they told me there be a $4,000 markup! $4,000! Of course there was a small sign on the car saying that they'd raised price above MSRP. But being a civilian I didn't see the small piece of paper and nobody brought it to my attention until we got to the end of the purchasing process! The sales manager then said he'd knock $500 off that just sits there was no bitterness. No bitterness! Jacking up the price $3,500 on a unique model is price gouging and I wouldn't shop at this dealership if my life depended on it. More

The closest vehicle that matched my search was over 200 miles away and Winn not only bought it from that dealership and drove it here but they also offered me a price lower than any similar models listed for sale in the entire state! They didn't try to pressure me into lowering my standards or looking at other more expensive models that I wasn't interested in. I stopped by early in the morning and they made sure my car was washed, detailed, and had a full tank of gas before I arrived. I was there for about 2 hours and did all the financing/paperwork and got shown how to use all the features of my new car. Awesome and chill experience, I would definitely recommend them to friends looking to buy a car. Shoutout to Michael and George for being so helpful and accommodating. More
