Terrible. Engine light went off first month. Brought it to dealership. They said there was nothing wrong. Engine light went off again,brought it back and tye Engine light went off first month. Kept saying parts on back order. Then said had to order a hose. They called me on a Monday to say part was in and would be ready on Tuesday. Did not get back until Thursday of that week. When I was returned the vehicle there was deep scratches on the hood, which they apologized and said they would repaint but would have to schedule it to be repainted when "patient guy" was available. The outside of the vehicle was very dirty when it was returned. More

BUYER BEWARE the hidden fees ARE real $2,699. They list the automobiles for a great price. They will not tell you one the phone about the hidden fee until they show you the purchase price. They do not have to option for a customer to choose. AND etched vin on the windshield was already done but they pretend they did it to get more money out of customers. This fee is on a used SUV. The financial person tries to justify by explaining it as apples to apples or MC Donals vs Bugar king sales. I wish i could add pictures. The sales price was $29995. then the add on fees. More

Charged over $800 for oil pan and oil change. 45000 miles, dealer says oil pan showed rust. I have owned a 09, 12, 15, 18 and now 22 Ram, and never encountered this problem.
