Had my Gladiator serviced on 04/02/2026, actually let me in before they were open, and the service was outstanding. BUYER BEWARE the hidden fees ARE real $2,699. They list the automobiles for a great price. They will not tell you one the phone about the hidden fee until they show you the purchase price. They do not have to option for a customer to choose. AND etched vin on the windshield was already done but they pretend they did it to get more money out of customers. This fee is on a used SUV. The financial person tries to justify by explaining it as apples to apples or MC Donals vs Bugar king sales. I wish i could add pictures. The sales price was $29995. then the add on fees. More
