2018 2500 in for oil change and tires rotation on March 31st. We recently Purchased 1 new truck (2022 Rebel 1500) from Winnie Dodge then Purchased a Used 2019 F-150 through there used car sales. Dallas Gibson was our New Car Salesman and James Udkler was the finance Winnie Dodge then Purchased a Used 2019 F-150 through there used car sales. We recently had occasion to use the service contract that we purchased for the Ford. My only disappointment was that we were not able to get a loaner vehicle while repairs were conducted. It took 6 days to get parts (two Front Wheel Bearings) and one day for the repairs to be made. This put us with no vehicle for seven days. I understand that there are elements beyond their immediate control, but when I purchased from them I had hopes of building a business relationship for the future. Their willingness to say there is nothing they can do to make the situation better was disappointing. I had hopes that my future business was something that the dealership would value and make an effort to accommodate us for a vehicle that we had purchased within the last six months while repairs were made. I must say, they were polite and professional when telling me that they were unwilling to find a solution. They are Good Folks, I suppose I have been spoiled by great customer service in the past and formed the opinion that great service is a matter of effort. More
