Charged over $800 for oil pan and oil change. 45000 miles, dealer says oil pan showed rust. I have owned a 09, 12, 15, 18 and now 22 Ram, and never encountered this problem. $470 for a simple fuel filter change on my 2024 RAM 3500 Diesel with 15,000 miles Google said between $90 and $210 all in, parts on Amazon $30 ..... total by these gangsters ..... over $470 !!!!! I made an 830am appt for an oil change. Left at 10am. Multipoint inspection revealed several action items to be rectified at a later date. Warranty item was found and the service advisor to Left at 10am. Multipoint inspection revealed several action items to be rectified at a later date. Warranty item was found and the service advisor told me they would contact me later in the day to verify item was covered by warranty. Three days later still no follow up. Overall satisfied with the work performed. Will probably return for follow repairs even though there are closer dealerships. More
