Drive to Denver I am reviewing the Service Dept. We had a BMW years ago when we first moved to the Springs and we sold it and one (not the number 1 but still a reaso I am reviewing the Service Dept. We had a BMW years ago when we first moved to the Springs and we sold it and one (not the number 1 but still a reason) was how bad the service dept treats customers. I can say these guys are consistent. Having gone to Ford, Mazda, VW, and Subaru Service departments, no one treats their customers like more than the folks at Winslow. How many times do I never get a call? How many times am I told to drop off the car first thing in the morning and at 2:30PM its still not ready? How often do they ask "Do you want a car wash?" Have they ever actually done one? No. My last visit they had me wait at 6PM in the waiting area for an hour while they washed the car and come to find out, it was parked next to the building and no one had any idea they should wash it. Sad the best car out there has the worst dealer. Makes a part of me want to sell. But now that warranty is expiring, we'll definitely go to a repair shop that can communicate with and cares about customers. More

Purchased a new X5 Chases, was great to work with. He was upfront in what they could do for me and was fair in pricing. I did check with other dealers online & one in Chases, was great to work with. Best Car Purchase Experience Ever We bought our 1st BMW (2019 X5 M-Sport) in April and it was our best car purchase experience ever. We worked with Nat Moore who was very helpful and knowledgeable about BMW cars. Nat went above and beyond and during one of our visits he had to come even during his time off. There was NO pressure from start to finish. They even allowed us to change my order (Nat and Neill) 2 days before my car delivery because of some confusions about the driver assistance package. Closing the deal with Jim/finance was likewise quick and easy. We expected to be pushed heavily with multiple offers, as experienced with previous dealers (not BMW), but NONE of that. Nat/team helped gathered all relevant documents long before delivery to speed up closing. The PPF and tint that we decided to add was installed by BMW trusted contractor in Winslow (better control) and was very well done, while I was treated with a X3 M40i for a loaner. I have recommended Winslow BMW to my friends/collegues and will continue to do so. We love the car so far. More
