What started out as a "check out the competition" visit turned into the best car-buying experience ever! Bob was so easy-going and open about pricing and value. He didn't flinch when I gave him copies of the invoices I had acquired in my visits to other dealers and worked his best to match the deal. He even was able to get a little bit more for my trade-in, which definitely sealed the deal! He stayed in touch and kept me posted on the status. When I picked up my new car, Jim Carlson made the somewhat tedious financing process as painless as possible, and Bob went above and beyond the call in acquainting me with all the car's features.
