Outstanding service I went to this dealership with my husband and daughter to test drive a Civic and Accord. Earlier in the day I went to Regal Honda and was treated very rudely so I left. I have bought 2 cars in the past from Winter Haven Honda so I decided to go back. Bob Marsh was the Salesman that assisted us. He listened to everything I had to say (evidently Regal Honda doesn't value the opinion of females) about what I was looking for in a car. He did not pressure me knowing full well I was not buying a car that day, only looking to decide which car would fit our needs. He had cars ready for me to test drive along with printed specs and answered any questions I had. When it is time to buy the car I have decided on, I want it shipped to this dealer so I can give the sale to Bob for the respectful and kind way he treated us. Thank you Bob! More

About 2 1/2 weeks ago I went to Winter Haven Honda to buy a Pre owned car. Mike Davis, the internet Manager met me and we looked at several Honda’s. I wanted to spend under $15,000 total. Most of the cars that I sat in were not suitable for me because I’m very short and did not feel comfortable for my size . Mike showed me a 2016 Nissan Sentra that was a lease car and the fit was perfect. He spent so much time with me showing me how to work all the accessories . He should me how to use Bluetooth and programmed Pandora and Soundcloud . He took so much time to help me and we drove the car around. He told me to call him anytime if I needed any help. What a nice man ... Also Brian Howell, the business manager was very nice and discussed with me the warranty. I spent under $ 15,000 with an additional 4 yr warranty . I am so happy with the car....even though I didn’t get a Honda. Let be the way it drives and it is perfect for me I recommend Winter Haven Honda to buy a new or pre owned auto. More

They were both extremely informative and helpful throughout the entire car buying process. I was very upfront with what I could afford and what I wanted. Mr. Dodds and Mr. Johnson worked very hard to make the deal happen and were honest from beginning to end. That was refreshing and extremely rare in the car sales industry. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for an honest and helpful car buying experience. I also had nothing but positive interactions with the finance and the vehicle trade-in Departments. My overall experience here was nothing short of amazing. And I am truly grateful and thankful for the experience that I had here at Winter Haven Honda. I shopped several dealerships and did plenty of research before making my buying decision. Well he got it were we needed to be and WOW he truly made this sale by far the best experience i ever had. I showed up 15 minutes from closing time we looked at it test drove it and he was truly a real person cause the Truck , the price and payments did not change at all. The fastest and best experience of buying any auto for me in over 29 years of dealing with a dealership or any other auto sales person i dealt with. When i showed up he already knew who I was even though we never met or seen each other. I pulled up got out and he said my name I was really impressed cause i was like 3 hours late and had not told him I be late. So yea through two weeks of talking and dealing its like he knew me with ever seeing me I like that attention to detail. More
