I'm slowly learning at least the things I need to know. I am still chasing down a second key fob, and I can't seem to locate the engine start-stop button. But that will come in time. This is as good a dealership as they come. At least that has been my experience. I would recommend them. More

My only complaint is the day I went in I asked that morning if a specific car was still available and was told it was, it was not when I arrived (it was sold two days prior.) A simple email or phone call to update me on this would have been greatly appreciated. Regardless whether that car was available or not I was coming in as I had scheduled that time off work for this purpose. Had I known my initially chosen car was no longer available I would have been able to look and pick out another car online (inventory choices are great here) before I got there saving myself and dealership some time. Looking through inventory on my mobile device is not ideal for me. More

What horrible people! I was approved and going in today to buy a car. I called and scheduled a time to see a vehicle on Friday afternoon, and when I arrived the vehicle was out front waiting for me to test drive. My salesperson, Halie, was extremely polite, knowledgeable, absolutely pressure free, something car salesmen are not known for, but great appreciated. I had driven several vehicle that day, but decided that this was the one I wanted. I returned to the dealership and was prepared for an hour or two of back and forth offers. However, to my surprise this was not the case, the price was set, and it was actually on the low end of the Bluebook value and no negotiations were not required. Halie, and the entire staff, made the car buying process quick, easy, and hassle free. I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years, but never has it been this effortless, and uncomplicated. I highly recommend Halie, and the entire team at Wiscasset Ford if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Purchase of used 2016 F 350 very positive and helpful sales staff - Tim Feidler - highly recommend him. Credit Manager was a little aggressive on the up sale for warranty package and under coating. I did take the over-priced warranty package because of computerization of vehicles now -a -days. I have concerns that the service dept did not do due diligence before this vehicle was sold. 4 days after I purchased this vehicle, I was on an out of state trip and the light for low fluid in radiator came on, so I stopped at an auto store to purchase a gallon of 50/50 anti freeze and waited for truck to cool [went for lunch] so I could add fluid. It took 3/4 of the gallon. I've since driver 3,600 miles and fluid level for anti freeze has not dropped. Also, I had concerns that the DEF tank maybe had not been checked so I purchased a 2.5 gallon contain to be on the safe side and it took all of it. Tank only holds 5 gallons. More
