I recently visited Wiscasset Ford to “ look” but not buy as I was happy with my current Ford but wanted to see what potential options I had. Knowing that I had to “actual” plans to buy, the sales person as I was happy with my current Ford but wanted to see what potential options I had. Knowing that I had to “actual” plans to buy, the sales person “Jeremy” still took time to answer all my questions and walked with me through the parking lot. He took an inventory of my price, needs and wants and and should me every on site. Then the one items I truly wanted was found a deal was made. Jeremy was extraordinary in his patience and attention to detail. Tom the sales manager was great and greeting me the highest price for my trade in and took everything I put into my current Ford into account. Chris in financing helped keep me with my current Credit Union and at a better than advertised rate!! There was one issue with a key that was turned in for the vehicle I was getting and Paul jumped into action , dropping what he was working on to make sure this was a great and timely experience. Wiscasset Ford truly make me feel as if my needs and wants were important and that I truly mattered as a customer and not just a number or a sale. I am happy to be part of the Wiscasset Ford family. I am happy with my purchase; however, I wish I could have gotten a vehicle with lower mileage and more suitable for my needs. I got a fair deal but not an outstanding deal. I have purchased through this dealership twice now, and I would like to get to the next stage regarding treatment and customer satisfaction in the selection process. I could have gone with another car dealer, where I did so when purchasing my summer wheels. However, Wiscasset Ford has taken care of my basic needs. I wasn't 100% pleased with my GAP insurance. I was hoping for more than 36,000 miles. It is what it is at the end of the day. After all, I did sign the documents. More

This was the first time I had ever started the buying process online. The buying process didn't take long when we got down there and we live 2 and a half hours away. Doug Janoff who is a service advisor saveed me a boatload of money this week when my 21 F150 went dead and I was 800 miles over my powertrain warranty knowing that I could’ve been up xxxx creek without a pad of money this week when my 21 F150 went dead and I was 800 miles over my powertrain warranty knowing that I could’ve been up xxxx creek without a paddle , they diagnosed it charged the battery cleared all of my codes that were set and my truck was washed outside waiting for me by noon time the next day that’s pretty insane customer service. If you ask me totally appreciate it and definitely would recommend Wiscasset Ford next time you’re up in vacation land. Phil G More
