I understand we don't see eye to eye on much of what took place. I think however we both wishit was a much better experience for both you and us. I regret we could not give you the great experience everyone deserves. Regarding your comments about the accident in Marietta...I've run another CARFAX and it still shows no accident on the vehicle. Can you inform me of what vehicle history report you used or by what means you might be aware of this? I would like to take the information to my CARFAX representative and find out why this would not show on their report. We use CARFAX because it is the most recognized and typically the most accurate in the industry. Devin, I agree that my experience with your dealership was regrettable. Being in the market for a replacement truck over the last few months for the Silverado that never served its purpose well, I refused to look at your dealership, nor did I shop at Susquehanna Dodge. Hopefully, because of my experience with your dealership, your Customer Service Department has made improvements. It was unfortunate that I had only one good outing with that truck, in the midst of the many, many problems. A few good things came from the unfortunate experience, one being that if I am ever in a situation again where I am given the choice of pressing charges, I will definitely do so. I won't make that same mistake twice. The dealership that I purchased from used AutoCheck. The VIN for the Silverado is 2GCEK19T231193358 It is unfortunate that this did cost me a bit at trade-in, and one of the issues that I had with the truck was the front bumper was "sagging." Now I understand why that might have happened.
