Experience better than most dealerships Fernando was very helpful and pleasant and the vehicle was reasonably priced. There does not seem to be any negotiating price. Amazing Deal and Service for Rhode Islanders! Tom went out of his way to provide all information we needed and then some. The best first experience ever! We looked on line for our daughters first car. We found several cars of interest at WIZ auto in Stratford. Coming from the dealership field ourselves, We looked on line for our daughters first car. We found several cars of interest at WIZ auto in Stratford. Coming from the dealership field ourselves, we scheduled our first visit right before they closed, just to look and not be pressured. Mike B introduced himself and showed us the cars we came to see. There was no pressure and no agenda. He answered all our questions and didnt push. He was respectful of our budget and showed us a car that we didnt even come to see. AND THAT WAS THE ONE! In the days that followed, Mike was in communication with us all the way through. When it came time to close the deal, the dealership had come through with every concern and repair, and the price remained what was agreed upon! EVERYONE at the dealership treated us with kindness and respect. I would recommend WIZ to anyone looking for a car at any budget. WIZ had it all!
