Fernando did not disappoint me, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Fernando answered every single question I had and responded to my text the minute I sent them. He made sure I was happy with the amount I got with the trade, he made sure I was happy with my interest rate (very important). The day I went to get the car, Fernando was busy but instead of having me wait Travis took charge and even took me to the bank to get what I needed in order to get my gorgeous car.
