Thank GOD- I told her what was going on she had me bring the car down to look at it. Had the part from the dealer within a day and my son was back on the road. She called me and kept me posted on the status which eased my anxious son a lot. She is a pleasure to deal with especially given my frustration. The purchase experience was decent, but I have been waiting for $500 in refunds owed for more than six months. You can leave messages (I've left at least 10!!), send emails (I've sent over 40!!), get waiting for $500 in refunds owed for more than six months. You can leave messages (I've left at least 10!!), send emails (I've sent over 40!!), get promised that you'll receive a call back (again today!!), but it's either Mike the sales manager doesn't know what he's doing or the company itself has issues. I'm owed this money, you are holding it hostage, it's unfair and pathetic to treat an honest customer this way. More
I just purchased a VW Tiguan from Wiz, and I have to admit that the experience couldn't have been easier. Rafael, the salesman, was wonderful in making certain that the car was ready at the time that I admit that the experience couldn't have been easier. Rafael, the salesman, was wonderful in making certain that the car was ready at the time that I arrived to test drive it. Furthermore, he washed and detailed the car so that it would look as presentable as possible. There was no pressure, and every question I had was answered. There were two mechanical issues with the car, which I pointed out after the test drive, and they were resolved by the time that I took delivery. More than the personnel, the facility itself is very modern, clean, and very welcoming. I will definitely return in search for other cars when the need arises. I encourage anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to stop by and see them. More

One of the worse experience I’ve had purchasing a used vehicle. I bought my vehicle over 2 months and it still is not registered. When I pick up my truck they said I needed a cable which they would order vehicle. I bought my vehicle over 2 months and it still is not registered. When I pick up my truck they said I needed a cable which they would order and still do not have the parts. Now all of a sudden they have it overnight. My opinion is they don’t worry about customer satisfaction. More

Terrible customer service and an awful finance department. Verbally aggressive employee. We were asked to get a guarantor, we did so. Then they couldn't get the loan company to give us a loan b/c department. Verbally aggressive employee. We were asked to get a guarantor, we did so. Then they couldn't get the loan company to give us a loan b/c of the high mileage on the vehicle (something they should've known before they wasted all of our time). Then after a few days they said they could get us this other car but completely under my guarantor, not with either of names on it. The point of a guarantor is to guarantee the money is paid and for it to be run on their credit, not for the whole thing to be registered, insured, and bought completely by them. We needed this to help build our credit. The finance department literally said within a couple years when our credit improves, the guarantor could be taken off. We were mislead and now we are not only out an additional $400 for an extra week of rental, but we have wasted almost 1.5 weeks of our time. They need to look up the definition of a "guarantor." More
