In the past I have shied away from them thinking I was going to be greeted by an unprofessional, dishonest salesman who was going to try to sell me an overpriced vehicle and be extremely pushy every step of the way. However, my boyfriend wanted to go to Wiz Auto to look at cars for himself and I agreed to join him. Needless to say we both ended up purchasing vehicles. He got a 2011 3 series BMW for under $6,000 and I got a 2015 Mercedes 250 GLA in mint condition for under $17,000. I searched for this SUV all over the state and couldn't find any for under $20,000. I can officially say "Nobody beats the Wiz". My experience from start to finish was so enjoyable. Our sales rep TOM GALIO was a pleasure to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, laid back, funny and fun. I truly believe he not only loves what he does and where he works, he actually cares about his customers and if they are happy throughout the purchase process. He gave us his personal cell phone and would respond to texts at all hours throughout the day and night. It's been a week since our cars were delivered and Tom is still following up with us to make sure everything is ok. I highly recommend Wiz Auto and TOM GALIO for the purchase of your next vehicle. When I went in to view the car, he and his boss Meir worked with me to ensure I was able to drive away a car that I thought I would have to return and pick up another day. After I left, he ensured the rental car I used to get to the dealer was returned to enterprise on time. They even helped me to better negotiate by insurance premium. Great service! More
