His experience and knowledge coupled with his personal first class customer care and service attitude created an immediate positive environment of respect and credibility. Every question was answered and if an answer was not available, Gabe would search it out. He listened to our needs and desires. He showed us the cars we were interested in, provided all of the necessary information,did not push or pressure us, not use any of the sales tactics that typically turn off most everyone. We found the right car after he and Ralph saved the day for us by finding out and informing us that the initial car we had selected was not a smart buy because of impending maintenance problems. The entire experience was positive, up beat and rewarding for both my son and myself. Gabe is a true professional with a wonderful ability to make his customer feel like he is your friend as well as an first class sales person.
