An extremely pleasant and stress-free experience! I had never heard of Wiz Autos but was directed there through my bank pre-approval process. Every step of the experience was easy and stress-free. We worked with both Ralph and Hector and they were both friendly, informative and professional. We were buying a car for our two sons, new drivers, and Ralph gave a lot of tips on types of cars, insurance, etc. Hector even drove the car we were interested in from their lot to Westport so my husband could test drive it when he was at work! I have already recommended several friends visit Wiz when they are looking for their next car and we'll visit them again when we need our next one. More

Good car @ good price. Good experience in my case. Had some concerns initially due to some of the reviews. Jared also brought the car to a Honda dealer to have it checked for me. I was already excited that I had a sale person that was energetic and running out to assist me. I spent quite some time on the dealer lot looking at all different types of vehicles. The one that got my eye was the "Mercedes". Tom was patient, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I spent a lot of time working with him and I was thrilled that he was so patient and understood how I felt making my decision. Finally I purchased this vehicle and drove it home, the car drives like a dream. I would recommend any of my friends or family to work with "Tom" and go to this dealership. But I have to admit that I have not been disappointed at all with the Lexus Hybrid we bought about 4 months ago and am very glad that Hector was there to guide us through the process. It was not the car we were first looking at, but he made some suggestions and after giving us a lot of information on the different options he presented we are extremely pleased with our choice. He was correct that even though the price was a bit more the savings on gas has compensated and we feel good about polluting less than your average car. I always appreciate a salesman who is not too pushy and very knowledgeable about not only the what he sells but also the industry. I will definitely be recommending family and friends to come down and ask for him, thanks again Hector!!! More

He showed me exactly what I asked to see, including offering test drives. Plus, he found a car that I had I overlooked in my online research. It was exactly what I needed and I bought it that afternoon! More than great professionalism, Hector is a great guy with fascinating life stories. This makes waiting for the paperwork go by in no time. The only downsides were that one car I wanted to see was a bit dirty on the interior, and that the finance guy is a bit pushy on the extended warranty (although he got me a good deal on financing). But those were minor issues compared to getting the car I wanted at a good price with no hassles! More
