Great customer service I was looking for a used car and found the car I wanted at Wiz. I emailed the dealer to check if the car was available and Tony responded within minut I was looking for a used car and found the car I wanted at Wiz. I emailed the dealer to check if the car was available and Tony responded within minutes. We test drove the vehicle and never felt any pressure from Tony. He was relaxed, gave us time and let us decide what we wanted to do. We put our deposit down and met with Meir who convinced us to check and see what financing he could secure. Travis is great, as is the rest of the team at Wiz! I found the car of my dreams on auto-trader (BMW 328i xDrive) and linked to the Wiz website. He was in communication with me throughout the week leading up to my visit and was very helpful and transparent. Once I arrived to dealership, Travis was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He kept a good sense of humor with my brother (who is also in the used car business) cracking jokes and trying to negotiate the best deal and was extremely patient with me as this was my first time buying a car. We went on a lengthy test drive and then walked the lot to view other comparable vehicles. Once I decided that this was the car for me, he handed me off to Meir and Ralph who were both super helpful and kind throughout the financing process. They explained everything to be in detail and essentially held my hand throughout the process. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to returning for my next car in a few years!
