Quality cars, quality people, great experience. I went to the dealership to look at a Volvo. Both Fernando and myself were surprised to find out this particular example didn't have a 3rd row...ever I went to the dealership to look at a Volvo. Both Fernando and myself were surprised to find out this particular example didn't have a 3rd row...every XC90 either of us had seen had it, and we both thought it was standard equipment. Fernando and Ralph were able to take was about to be a bad experience and turned it into a great one by showing us other vehicles that matched our needs. They had a large inventory of quality cars. We found one of the cleanest used vehicles I have ever seen. 7 years old and not even a chip on the hood...okay, there is ONE. Everyone was pleasant, no high pressure sales and they all sincerely wanted to be helpful not just "move a unit". Fernando spent over 30 minutes dealing with our stupid insurance company trying to get the right documents sent over...a call we by all rights really should have had to make. A+ guys, thanks for not making our 2 hour drive a waste. Highly recommend. More
