This guy is horrible. I don’t understand how could they have this kind of people working for such a good dealer. I called him and ask about some scratches I saw on my vehicle after a I bought and he straig have this kind of people working for such a good dealer. Great customer service! I bought a car last June, and this is very late because I kept forgetting to write a review! Anyway, I wanted to say I worked with Fernando in helping I bought a car last June, and this is very late because I kept forgetting to write a review! Anyway, I wanted to say I worked with Fernando in helping me purchase a car in the very short time I had. I had to buy a car fast due to a car fire I had on another subaru that I had bought from a different dealership. I was anxious and stressed because of what had happened to me as it was traumatic. But Fernando made the process easier and less stressful for me. He never pressured a car on me and we test drove three cars. I finally went with the subaru impreza a 2014. It is great. I am glad i went with this car. Not only was he personable and not pressuring he gave me more time to look at other cars from other places to make sure that this was the best fit for me. I also was happy with the Managment when I wanted to be listed as a co-owner and they changed that so it would also be in my name on the car payments. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs to be from a used car dealership. More
