After the proper introduction and welcoming experience, He listened to my desire in purchasing a vehicle and did not apply any sales pressure. He provided me with the information and answered my questions prior to showing me the car of choice, and then we went out on my test drive. A BMW speaks for itself!! He was always available to answer any little question or concern that I had and there were many (lol I have been called difficult a time or 2). He would personally address any inquiry I had, whether he was in the office or not. I never felt pressured into buying. I am very happy to be in my dream car and came all the way from Jersey to get it :) I would give Fernando 5 stars and would recommend him to anyone looking to get a good deal on a used car.
