30JAN21 - So this is my second review and my last bad experience at Woburn Toyota. I have been a customer there for years and have been struggling to get them to improve their customer service. My wife a experience at Woburn Toyota. I have been a customer there for years and have been struggling to get them to improve their customer service. My wife and I went in to trade in my 2017 Tundra 1794. The young salesmen (Brian) right off the bat would not let me put out my concerns about my trade in. He then went on to tell me that he has something I need so he was controlling the terms! What? I am the customer, I control the discussion. The next higher manager (Wes) was not any better, We finally left after the young salesmen grunted at me in anger and stormed off. DO DONT go to this dealership! There are much better =Toyota dealerships out there! More
I purchased a preowned Audi Q3 from this dealership. The only reason was because I found the car online while at another dealership and it had less miles for the same price. My experience for a very easy sa only reason was because I found the car online while at another dealership and it had less miles for the same price. My experience for a very easy sale on their part was less than enjoyable. First - I had to get them to honor their listed online price (which they were not fast to do). And then reviewing the cost, they had many fees and random line items that they tried to hide - and wanted me to focus on the monthly cost (this is such a shady practice). But worst of all was my salesperson. She lacked knowledge and was not helpful in the least. She wanted me to not have the car for over a week because they did not have a mounting bracket for my plate! But worst of it was upon pick up - she was not present, and some stranger handed me the keys (without even confirming who I was) and said - ok, bye. Worse then picking it up at a random valet. No walk through, no showing me the car, nothing of the sort. I have more fanfare when I order a pizza! I was in utter disbelief. Maybe other salespeople were better - but they need to vet their associates if that is the case. Certainly wont be going back for anything, especially not another car. Additionally, I checked with other lenders on the financing of my car - and given my credit and the car's age - I was given a rather high interest rate, and even mislead by their financial team to take a loan term that went against what I had asked. Luckily I am refinancing the car after only owning for 2 weeks, and saving over $1,500 over the life of the loan. Lastly, managers tried to reach out to me - offering to make my experience better with a free detailing, but when I said I would not remove my review, I have not heard from them again. More
The team at Woburn Toyota provided an excellent and professional experience during the recent purchase of a 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road pick-up truck. From the very first interactions with Felicia professional experience during the recent purchase of a 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road pick-up truck. From the very first interactions with Felicia St. Cyr to the test drive and product / pricing discussions with Amine Ramdani, the experience was respectful, friendly, and transparent. Additionally, the truck was ready for pick-up on the same day that the transaction was finalized. Amine is extremely knowledgable about Toyota products and is very easy to work with. I would buy another vehicle from Woburn Toyota without question and suggest that anyone who is considering the purchase of a Toyota to visit the dealership and experience a top-rate customer experience for themselves. Appo helped a ton! He got me into my TRD offroad for the price I needed and he was patient while we figured out how to make certain things work for us. Second car here, second salesman, both were great. Als price I needed and he was patient while we figured out how to make certain things work for us. Also, Terry in financing was a pleasure to work with, and Felicia in the online department worked with me to narrow down my options based upon my needs, and got me in the door. Try Woburn! More
Amazing service. Recently went to Woburn Toyota after an awful ordeal with another Toyota dealer in the area. I worked with Appo who was attentive and understanding to my current situation, knowledgeable in awful ordeal with another Toyota dealer in the area. I worked with Appo who was attentive and understanding to my current situation, knowledgeable in his expertise, polite and efficient, and most importantly broke everything down every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better car sales experience. The rest of the team also appeared to be supportive of him and made a deal that worked best for my situation. I am pleased with the service I received. If you ever need a car I would highly recommend Appo. P.S. Add Appo to the Sales Dept. list because he deserves to be there. More
SLOPPY AND QUESTIONABLEI chose a car Friday night and SLOPPY AND QUESTIONABLE I chose a car Friday night and talked numbers w/salesman. Then I had a friend who has been in the car business for years call SLOPPY AND QUESTIONABLE I chose a car Friday night and talked numbers w/salesman. Then I had a friend who has been in the car business for years call Saturday to do the deal for me (Nick R.). The price INCREASED after Nick spoke to them. The numbers on the spreadsheet shifted around. Was it on purpose or by mistake? Either way it's questionable. We did agree on a price and I put down a $500 deposit. Thursday I went to pay for the car. I was told it would take 1/2 hour. After sitting in the lobby for well over an hour, asking how much longer, I had to leave for work. But if I left I wouldn't get my car until Monday. So I was late to work. They're so busy they just leave you sitting. Waiting. Why the wait? So the payment process itself was rushed to get me on my way. My name was spelled wrong on the documents so I had to start over. Finance dept. seems to be slammed. (So I guess they're selling lots of cars). Sunday I'm thinking about the deal and I realize that they did not deduct my $500 deposit from the cost of the car. I called the finance person on Monday morning and left a message explaining that I believed that THEY OWED ME $500. It's 26 hours later and I haven't heard from them. Not even a call to say that they'll check on it. Nick called them. They said it would take 3-4 days to figure it out. Really?? I have purchased new cars before. I know the drill. But this experience has been suspicious regarding the deal/money. And the paperwork sloppy. And from a customer service standpoint it was lacking. This is the biggest purchase I've made in years. If I spent $35,000 anywhere else more attention would be paid to the details and customer satisfaction. This is a nice, new shiny facility but the head doesn't know what the tail is doing. HIgh points? My salesman Appo was nice especially since he's juggling many things at once. Alejandra was wonderful helping get car ready to take home. The snack shop closes early now and I was starving so the nice man in there gave me a soda and banana gratis. Nice touch! Upon arrival while waiting at the front desk a couple of managers, while rushing past me, did check to see that I had been helped. If you decide to buy from this dealership just keep your eyes open and stay on top of everything. More
CROOKED AND DECEPTIVE. This dealer played games during the entire process of attempting to buy a vehicle. We agreed to an out the door price but when they provided the paperwork, they snuck in a $1,000 de the entire process of attempting to buy a vehicle. We agreed to an out the door price but when they provided the paperwork, they snuck in a $1,000 deposit line item above the bottom line we agreed to. At first they played dumb, then they admitted it was an “honest mistake. In the end they corrected their "honest” mistake. We made an appointment to come in and sign the paperwork in a few hours. As we were driving to the dealership, on time, we were told the vehicle was out on a test drive. Really?! Gets worse. They told us the last person to test drive has first right to purchase. In the end they sold the vehicle we had an agreed to price and an appointment to sign docs. We had disclosure sheet sent to use with their agreement on price for a specific vehicle. We arrived at the dealer and were informed the vehicle was still out on a test drive, while they were really working over the other buyer for a higher price. Disgusting behavior and worse, they would not admit what they were doing. We were there waiting for an hour asking for management to come talk to us. Management came only once they sold the vehicle. From the incompetent sales associate to the crooked Sales Manager (Mark), to the rude GM (Ricky, Richy?) this place is rotten to the core. They reneged on selling us the vehicle to make a few extra bucks. I feel sorry for them as they must be desperate. I was rudely ushered out when I called them on their xx. I left, happy not to have given them my business. More

They had me wait for two hours upstairs just to get a call to come down and informing me that the tire was not in stock. The service rep apologized and said he would get a discount for my troubles, since I had taken work off to come in. Tuesday and Wednesday I had to call them to ask about the tire. They promised to call when it was in, but nothing. I had to call them and they said come in Thursday, apologizing and assuring me they'd have me in and out in an hour, since Ia hd to take work off again...NOPE! Had to complain to the manager. I felt throughly unimportant to anyone. The service rep that promised me a discount was a liar and lived up to the cliche of a sleazy salesman. Paid full price with half apologies. It's sad because every time I go in I am very accommodating, never being rude or impatient even though wait times are hours! However, this time I had to speak up. I actually felt dirty by the end of the week. Like I had been passed around from service rep to service rep, not important enough to give that extra credit or attention. If I could give a 0 I would.
