A great sales team We originally went in looking for a CPO vehicle and Zach was very helpful in showing us all of the available options. He spent hours with us looking through listings and even taking us out to the lot mutiple times. When we exhausted all of our choice options we eventually discussed buying or leasing a new car. Zach even grabbed the sales manager to give us more info on leasing when he couldn’t answer one of our questions. We decided to go with the leasing option and had everything buttoned up within 30 minutes. The day we were set to pick up the vehicle we hit a snag with the registration/inspection being done before closing. Zach was so helpful making sure everything got done and coordinating getting the car out to us. Zach even brought the car out to my work the following day on his day off to save me the trip. Overall a great experience with Zach. He is a super friendly and professional young salesman. More

Completely disorganized This was my first experience buying a new(er) car. I had looked online before coming in to the showroom and I came in with all of the ID numbers for e This was my first experience buying a new(er) car. I had looked online before coming in to the showroom and I came in with all of the ID numbers for each car I was interested in. My sales rep showed me only one, since another had been out, and the cars at this dealership were in multiple lots. I didn’t feel as if I were given any other choices by my sales representarive who I had assumed would help me make an informed decision about my next vehicle. This was not the case.. nor did I receive much input regarding other similar vehicles or options. After I had made my choice, which was based off of the one-car showing I received, I did go for it— but only because I had done my research before meeting or communicating interest with anyone. I signed my paperwork, which wasn’t explained thoughtfully (again, this was my first big purchase, as someone who has recently graduated with their masters degree and is just starting out in a new career). Then, I received no feedback, or I was caught between the confusing mishandling of information. As an example, I had put down my first deposit during the agreement, but at signing the next day, I put down another $1000.00. I received phone multiple phonecalls from both the finance manager and my sales associate during the next few days to find out when I was coming back in to give them my second deposit.. mind you, this had been done at signing, the receipt was in my paperwork, and the payment had already been processed through my bank. This occurred over the span of a few days, while I received no further communication about the delivery of my car. I was originally told that it would have been done in about two days— it took a week.. and many phone calls for updates, which i didn’t get until a week later. I was incredibly frustrated throughout the entire process, especially while navigating the miscommunication between my finance associate and my sales representative. I don’t understand how they could have misplaced a thousand dollars for a week, and how no one could have also reached out to me to let me know that the car was taking a little longer than they anticipated... All around, my experience was disappointing, and incredibly frustrating.. I will not recommend this location to anyone. More
