Opposite of pleasurable experience Staff no following through on faxing paperwork. Showed up to pick up car after being told it was ready, not only was it not ready but they had someone Staff no following through on faxing paperwork. Additionally, they lost one of my plates I’m waiting for replacement. Also they have lost the second set of keys I’m waiting on. Finally Sales mgrs never went out of their way to help just put it on a salesman I’ve run out of space here. No compensation for this nightmare 1 star is pushing it More

Initial service Got my inspection sticker for my new car. Had remote starter installed and they put license plates and my ezpass transpondr on my front plate. I sat on the wall outside to warm up while waiting. Randy called me next day to be sure everything went well. His customer service skills are top notch. More
