John had all my paperwork done within the 1/2 hour it took me to get there, got my car completed in 1.25 hours, and also informed me of a computer recall for my vehicle. He was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More

These guys are just fantastic! I had a coupon for a free oil change. When I asked if I could pay to upgrade to synthetic oil, the service advisor told me that I would not have to pay to upgrade since I have oil change. I went there for a routine oil change and free brake inspection (offered by the dealership). They also do a courtesy General Vehicle inspection, which is nice. I have been visiting Woburn Toyota's service department for the past 4 years even though I didn't find my used vehicles there. I had a older 4 runner which finally died last year and now I have a new t for the past 4 years even though I didn't find my used vehicles there. I had a older 4 runner which finally died last year and now I have a new to me 2007. I am very impressed with their service department so far and my kudos to their mechanics. Diagnosis is always correct and I have not had to go back for any corrective action on a repair. And a special commendation for my service advisor Bill Rich who gets my maintenance and service requests (along with arranging rides and/or loaner cars as the need may be to) taken care of efficiently and predictably. He is thorough about communicating status while the vehicle is in the shop. I have been using service departments from Honda, BMW, GMC, FORD and MERCEDES BENZ in the Boston area for 25 years and Woburn Toyota Service department has provided a significantly better level of customer service than all of those. I hope they keep up the good work as I intend to run by 4Runner for a long time. A.K More
