It took longer than hoped for but the facility was comfortable
The mechanic also did a complimentary review / inspection, which was nice to have too

Woburn Toyota's new building is amazing--very comfortable for those of us who wait for our car to be serviced. And the service, as always, was courteous, attentive, and, most important, the work on the car was top-notch.
I’ve had a great experience with Woburn Toyota. I’ve leased and serviced three cars from Woburn Toyota. I intend to contact Mr Fahey when the lease on my RAV 4 is up because I know he will help me find my next car. I love my RAV 4.
I was impressed with the new building. I think the logistics regarding the service still needs to be worked out. The service staff need to assume that the customer has not seen the new building and does not know where to go when they arrive. Provide more instructions upon greeting customers. It was confusing when I was called and told my vehicle was ready being serviced. I came down to the checkout area but didn’t know who to see. People were just standing around- that was frustrating.
